Mr. Francois-Charles Sirois is a Canadian businessman, who currently serves as the EXECUTIVE chairman of Telesystem Ltd., and OnMobile Systems Inc. Mr. Sirois joined OnMobile Global Limited on March 1, 2017. He had been the President of Trioomph Inc., since November 2004. Besides, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ZONE3 Inc. Also, he is an Advisor in Tandem. He made his debut as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Telesystem Ltd., in January 2006.
Sirois is best known within investment circles for his disastrous purchase of U.S.-based Excel Communications in 1998. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions, and financing. Mr. Sirois holds a graduation degree for B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from HEC Montréal. Sanjay Baweja is the present CEO of the company.
