From last 2 months I am facing problem with ur service executives.Whn u have launched ur new tariffs.I have spent2000rs on ur tariffs n still not getting all the channels.whn I call ur customer care they said ur problem will be resolved n will charge u 200 rs for visit I agree ed but they replied me it’s a technical issue they will resolve from backend n still I am having this problem again since 2 months.wht should I do should I make a press release or should I go to consumer court or u will resolve at ur end.pls reply me.
My complaint is I was spoke with your customer care executive on 16 Feb 2020 @5.43 am about channel settings I told him I want to speak your senior person because he was unable to solve my problem. His name was Rahul.If u want u can check voice recording about that cal. After that he disconnected call & Then he call me from another number from @6.00am that no . was +4917683925650.
He directly abused me in bad language said me in hindi ” madarchod bhosdike pack activate karne aata hai ki nahi” & disconnected call. Is it way to talk with customer I want ti from your end kindly take action & inform me ASAP.Also going to launch police complaint.

I have been following up with Gujarat team for adding one setup box, but sorry to say that I have written about 20 mails with a CC to Nodal officer, 49 phone calls to Ahmedabad office, but people are cooly sitting on issue since last 5 months, I had no option but to get in touch with you who is ultimately effected due to lethargic operations,
I dont know as how you manage al these
